My Programmes
At Calm in a Crazy World, my online programmes offer a simple way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a calmer, more centred way of living — even when life feels busy and overwhelming.
Through guided relaxations and reflective practices, the programmes promote clarity and balance and help create gradual, meaningful change over time.

Relax & Realign Programme
Relax & Realign is a six-module relaxation programme focused on slowing down and reconnecting with your body. It combines breath awareness, Vittoz-inspired mindfulness, and guided relaxation to help you build a steady, personal practice over time — one you can return to whenever you need to reset and recalibrate.

Change Series
The Change Series is a set of three short, self-paced programmes centred on reflection and choice. Using journalling and guided prompts, you’re invited to look at how you think, feel, and respond — and to begin making changes that feel meaningful, realistic, and true to you, rather than forced or rushed.

Peace for Health
Peace for Health is for people preparing for surgery or a significant medical procedure. You can choose between a self-paced course that includes practical guidance, reflection, and relaxation, and a personalised relaxation recording. Both options are intended to complement medical care.

Tarot & Oracle Sessions
Tarot and oracle sessions are for times when you feel unsure, stuck, or at a crossroads. Offered as personalised video readings, tarot and oracle boards, or life reflection sessions, they provide a structured way to reflect, gain perspective, and reconnect with your own sense of direction.
