What Is the Change Series?
The Change Series is an online series built around structured reflection and practical exercises. The programmes help you step back and examine what’s shaping your choices, so you can decide what genuinely needs to shift.
For example, you might find yourself setting goals but not following through, or wanting to say no but ending up agreeing anyway. This isn’t about self-improvement for its own sake. It’s about understanding those patterns more clearly and making changes that feel grounded and workable in real life.
How the Programmes Work
The programmes are self-paced and designed to fit around everyday life. There are no deadlines and no pressure to move quickly. You work through the material in your own time, returning to sections whenever it’s useful.
Each programme combines structured prompts with practical steps, giving you space to reflect and then act on what you discover. You can take the programmes individually or combine them. Optional one-to-one mentoring is available if you’d like time to talk things through alongside your own work.
The Three Change Programmes
1. How to Make a Plan for Positive Change
Create structure. Build momentum. Stick to change.
This programme is for when you know something needs to change, but you struggle to follow through. It helps you step back and look clearly at what is — and isn’t — working in your life, and what keeps getting in the way of change.
Through guided journalling, reflection, and simple planning activities, you’ll explore habits, routines, and thought patterns, and begin shaping a realistic 12-week plan that feels doable rather than overwhelming.
Format: Self-paced programme with 8 units
Suggested timeframe: 2–6 weeks to work through the material and begin your 12-week plan
Available as a standalone programme or as part of a bundle. See pricing below.
2. How to Change Your Mind About Yourself
Shift self-criticism. Build trust and confidence.
This programme is for anyone who feels held back by self-doubt, harsh inner criticism, or unhelpful stories about who they are.
You’ll explore where these patterns came from, how they affect your behaviour and choices, and how to begin relating to yourself in a more supportive and realistic way — without forcing positivity or pretending everything’s fine.
Format: Self-paced journalling and reflection over 5 units
Suggested timeframe: a few weeks
Available as a standalone programme or as part of a bundle. See pricing below.
3. How to Capture the Essence of Who You Are
Reconnect with your values, strengths, and inner sense of self.
This programme is designed for people who feel disconnected from themselves — often through people-pleasing, empathy overload, or long-standing habits of putting others first.
Through short, focused reflection activities, you’ll explore your core values, inner strengths, and sense of identity beyond roles, expectations, or external pressure. The aim is to support a clearer, steadier sense of who you are and what genuinely matters to you.
Format: Self-paced journalling and reflection over 4 units
Suggested timeframe: 1–3 weeks
Available as a standalone programme or as part of a bundle. See pricing below.
