Relax & Realign Stage 6 – Expression

Introduction

Relax & Realign is a six-stage self-development and relaxation programme designed to help you reconnect with yourself, develop greater balance and build the foundations for lasting positive change.

If you feel that you have been moving  through life feeling overwhelmed, pulled in too many directions or somehow disconnected from yourself, Relax & Realign offers an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of your experience and gradually develop a stronger sense of steadiness, clarity and self-understanding.

The programme has been designed as a journey, with each stage preparing for the one that follows. Each stage has 6 or 7 units, which you can work through at your own pace. The activities are under 20 minutes long, so that you can fit them into your day, and you can repeat them as often as you like. As you move through the stages, you may become better able to recognise what you need, respond rather than react and navigate life with greater balance.

Each stage uses a mixture of guided relaxation, simple breathing and movement exercises, Vittoz practices and opportunities for reflection. The programme is designed as an invitation to explore your own experience and discover what feels helpful and meaningful for you. The greatest value comes from allowing the journey to unfold step by step.

About Stage 6 – Expression

Having reconnected with your inner riches in Stage 5, Stage 6 is about letting go of limitations, taking risks, being spontaneous and daring to experiment, unfold and transform.

Expression is about taking pleasure and joy in becoming all that you can be, where expression of yourself becomes expression of life. Through the steady, balanced breath, joyful guided relaxation, unfolding Vittoz exercises and work with all of your energy centres, you’ll explore what it feels like to deploy your creativity, express your unique self and become more fully present — from a place of safety, trust and kind regard for yourself.

The Stage 6 units are:

Relaxation – The Joyful Space
Vittoz – Unfolding
Breath and Movement Part 2 – Drawing the Sun, Relaxed Balance, Sequence
Energy Work – Energy Centres
Relaxation – Free Flight

This stage pairs particularly well with the companion resources Change Your Mind About Yourself and Rediscover What Makes You You, which support you in living more authentically and expressing who you truly are. Stage 6 is the final stage of the programme, building on the awareness, energy, centring, release and self-worth work of Stages 1 to 5. By the end of this stage, you may feel more able to express yourself and live your life authentically and creatively, with a steadier sense of trust in yourself as you continue to unfold and grow.
