I’ve been interested in spirituality and personal growth for as long as I can remember — not in a “belief system” way, but in a very human one. Long before I knew anything about the nervous system, I was curious about how life experiences shape us, why some things knock us off balance, and how people find meaning, connection, and a sense of inner steadiness.
Like many people, I learned early on how easy it is to live on alert — adapting yourself to cope, keep the peace, or get through difficult situations. Over time, that way of living can pull you away from who you really are.
My own path has been shaped by my own experiences and by working closely with people through some very tough chapters of life. Practices like meditation, relaxation, journalling, and energy work weren’t about escaping reality for me — they were ways of staying present, understanding myself better, and finding something solid to come back to.
Much later, learning about the nervous system helped me make sense of why these practices helped — why change tends to happen slowly and steadily rather than all at once. It gave language and structure to something I already understood through experience.
Alongside my personal journey, I trained professionally as a social worker and am also a qualified holistic life coach, relaxation and mind–body practitioner, and tarot advisor. I’m a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. My work has brought me alongside people dealing with real, complex life experiences during times of stress, transition, and uncertainty.
I’ve faced my own health challenges too. For a period of time, balance issues meant I wasn’t able to walk, and later I underwent brain surgery. Those experiences deepened my respect for the body, for patience, and for listening rather than pushing.
Today, I offer a calm, grounded, and non-judgemental space. I don’t see myself as someone who fixes people — I work alongside you, sharing ideas and practices that help you reconnect with yourself over time, in a way that feels right for you.
You don’t have to rush. And you don’t have to work everything out at once.
