Introduction
Relax & Realign is a six-stage self-development and relaxation programme designed to help you reconnect with yourself, develop greater balance and build the foundations for lasting positive change.
If you feel that you have been moving through life feeling overwhelmed, pulled in too many directions or somehow disconnected from yourself, Relax & Realign offers an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of your experience and gradually develop a stronger sense of steadiness, clarity and self-understanding.
The programme has been designed as a journey, with each stage preparing for the one that follows. Each stage has 6 or 7 units, which you can work through at your own pace. The activities are under 20 minutes long, so that you can fit them into your day, and you can repeat them as often as you like. As you move through the stages, you may become better able to recognise what you need, respond rather than react and navigate life with greater balance.
Each stage uses a mixture of guided relaxation, simple breathing and movement exercises, Vittoz practices and opportunities for reflection. The programme is designed as an invitation to explore your own experience and discover what feels helpful and meaningful for you. The greatest value comes from allowing the journey to unfold step by step.
About Stage 5 – Your Core Being
Having made space in Stage 4 by releasing what no longer serves you, Stage 5 turns inward to discover and unveil your potential, your originality and your unique self.
Your Core Being is about inhabiting different aspects of yourself more fully and allowing your self-worth and self-esteem to shine through. Through the long, inward-reaching Inner Breath, guided relaxation, spiral-drawing Vittoz exercises and heart-centred energy work, you’ll learn to respect yourself more deeply — the negative and the positive — and to see yourself as part of an ongoing process of change, growth and expansion.

Vittoz – Spirals of Change
Breath and Movement Part 2 – Breathing Up Inner Riches, Unfold and Stretch, Sequence

Relaxation – Your Secret Garden
This stage pairs particularly well with the companion resources Change Your Mind About Yourself and Rediscover What Makes You You, which invite you to explore your strengths, originality and sense of self in more depth. Stage 5 works best once you’ve completed Stages 1 to 4, as it draws on the centring and release work they establish. By the end of this stage, you may feel more connected to your own inner riches and unique qualities, with a stronger sense of self-respect and self-acceptance to draw on.
