Relax & Realign is a six-part guided relaxation and embodiment programme designed to support both everyday wellbeing and longer‑term personal growth. It brings together deep relaxation for the body and mind with a carefully structured journey of change, so you can feel calmer in day‑to‑day life while also gradually reconnecting with who you are and how you want to live.


You can use the programme simply as a regular self‑care practice — to unwind, quieten your mind, release tension, and switch off from stress — or allow it to support deeper change over time. The strength of Relax & Realign lies in this balance: settling the nervous system while opening the space for personal growth.

What Is Relax & Realign?

Relax & Realign is a self‑paced online relaxation programme designed to be taken in sequence. Each stage builds on the last, creating a steady progression that supports relaxation, awareness, and change without pressure.

You begin by learning how to come back into your body and the present moment — especially helpful if you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head. From there, the programme gradually supports you to notice how you engage with the world, build a stronger inner centre, and become steadier in yourself. This steadiness makes it possible to let go of things you no longer want to carry, reconnect with what matters to you, and move through life in a way that feels more authentic.

Throughout the programme, guided relaxation, breathing, and body awareness help calm your nervous system and quieten mental noise, so change feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

What the Programme Includes

Each module includes a small number of guided, audio‑based practices, such as:

• Guided relaxation and visualisation
• Breath awareness and simple, gentle movement
• Mindfulness and Vittoz‑inspired attention practices
• Sensory and body‑based grounding
• Journalling and reflection prompts

The practices are short, clear, and designed to be repeated. You’re encouraged to move slowly, return to practices often, and fit the programme around real life rather than trying to push through it.

Relax & Realign follows a clear six‑stage progression, because meaningful change needs steadiness and support.

The early stages focus on grounding, relaxation, and settling your nervous system — helping you feel more present and less reactive in everyday life. From there, you find ways to connect with your inner centre, so you’re less easily knocked off balance by stress or external pressure.

Practical Information

What you’ll need:

  • A comfortable place to sit or lie down
  • A quiet space for relaxation and gentle movement
  • Headphones (optional)
  • A notebook or journal
  • Pens or colouring materials


Each module contains around
1–1.5 hours of material, though you’re encouraged to take your time and revisit practices as often as you like.

 

Bundle and Support Options

This programme can be taken on its own or with additional mentoring support, either as a 3-month mentoring package or through ‘as and when’ mentoring sessions.

Relax & Realign is also available as part of a bundle with complementary programmes in the Change Series. Together, these programmes offer a balanced mind–body approach to personal change, supporting both understanding and felt safety in the body. Optional mentoring support can also be added to this bundle.

Relax & Realign Supported Package
Includes 3 hours of mentoring support, to be used alongside the programme over three months – choose 3 x 60 minutes or 6 x 30 minutes

Optional Online Mentoring Support Sessions
These sessions offer space to reflect on how the programmes are working for you, and to talk through whatever is on your mind. Sessions can be booked on an as-and-when basis.
• 30-minute session – £27 (also available as a 3-month mentoring subscription – 1.5 hours to be taken over three months)
• 60-minute session – £54 (also available as a 3-month mentoring subscription – 3 hours to be taken over three months)

Mentoring sessions are offered during UK daytime and early-evening hours, which often works well for Europe, South Africa, and US East Coast clients.
